We’re excited to share that a new laser cutter has been installed at our Herefordshire factory.
Until now, all of our sheet metal parts were produced using a traditional punch press. The new laser cutter is a major upgrade, around seven times faster than our previous setup, and allows us to cut components with far greater precision and efficiency.
This investment is already helping to reduce lead times and streamline production across our entire range of ovens. It also gives us much more flexibility in design and development, making it easier to create intricate or custom components as we continue to innovate.
The new equipment forms part of our ongoing commitment to British manufacturing and continuous improvement. By bringing faster, more advanced technology into our factory, we’re ensuring that every King Edward oven continues to meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
